561 CROWN BOX STAPLER

Top staplers fasten filled corrugated cartons in a matter of seconds, utilising wide crown staples for a strong, neat and pilfer-proof seal, saving labour and material costs. As with all of the 561 range, 150 staples can be loaded to reduce down time for reloading. Two version of the tool are available for either 15 mm (5/8") or 18 mm (3/4") staple leg length.

Wide crown staples JK561-15 and JK561-18 are supplied in copper drawn or galvanised wire. Each supply package contains 10 boxes of 2500 staples.

561 PN CROWN BOX STAPLER
	The 561PN is pneumatically driven for higher production rate with less effort for the operator. As with all versions of the 561, there is the facility of 5 depth settings for various thicknesses of board.

R555 PN BOX STAPLER WITH ROLL MAGAZINE

Ideally suited to high volume packing applications, the R555-15/18 PN combines a reliable tool with a very high load capacity. The result is an ergonomic, quite and fast tool that can be suspended from a balancer to further reduce operator fatigue. 250 boxes may be sealed in a single load.

The JK555 staple is a flat roll type staple, similar to JK561, enabling 1000 to be held in a single load, each carton contains 24 rolls.

JK20T777L PNEUMATIC PLIER
	Model JK20T777L heavy duty air plier is designed to fasten up to four layers of fibreboard or up to two of corrugated board. This is an excellent tool for assembling cartons and containers, pallet lids and bottoms, corrugated trays and wrappings, fibre drums, display systems and numerous other heavy duty applications requiring a heavy gauge staple.

JK20T779 PNEUMATIC PLIER
	JK20T779 plier uses the medium gauge JK779 staple and is designed to tackle the lighter packaging tasks such as; padded mailbags, caps onto tubes, book packaging, plant and vegetable trays.

JK35T590 WIDE CROWN PLIER

The JK35T590 is a plier with fixed anvil. It is the perfect tool for sealing corrugated furniture packaging. The wide crown offers solutions to many heavy-duty packaging problems, such as fixing end cap to heavy fibre transport tubes and drums or connecting edge protectors. The tool can fasten up to two layers of triple wall corrugated board. The JK590 type staple is a wide crown staple, specially fattened for corrugated or fibreboard applications.

JK35-590 WIDE CROWN STAPLER

The JK35-590 is the tacker version of the JK35T. By using the same wide crown staple, JK590, many otherwise difficult jobs can be made simple, such as fastening edge protection to wooden pallets and fixing pallet boxes to pallets. The wide crown staple system allows maximum compression of the board without breaking through it. This provides an extremely good capability for creating strong and robust transport packaging.

B561 PN MECHANICAL AND AIR BOTTOM STAPLER

The model B is designed to simplify the process of closing the bottoms of cartons. There are four models, covering most applications.

Bottom closing with the wide crown JK561 staple offers strong and reliable carton closures. The 561-12-22 stapling head can be loaded with 300 12, 15, 18, or 22 mm (1/2", 5/8", 3/4" or 7/8") length staples, allowing up to triple-wall cartons to be fastened quickly and economically. The B model pneumatic machines are supplied with a clear safety shield (this is not a requirement on the foot pedal driven machines).

B53 PN MECHANICAL AND AIR BOTTOM STAPLER
	The B53 has a similar range of applications as the B561 but with the JK53 staple, which has a slightly narrower crown. It is suited to similar but lighter applications requiring up to 15 mm in length.
